Last week some friends of ours sent me a message over facebook, asking if we would like to use their season tickets to go to the Vikings game next Sunday. I have never been to an NFL game and said YES right away. Today is Craig and I's 12th anniversary and in all the hustle and bustle of throwing a big bridal shower for my sister......we didn't plan anything for our day. So we are using this as our anniversary celebration.So my friend brings me her tickets and I cannot believe what we are getting!!! 6 tickets, free parking pass, plus they are members of a club so we get to set in the Touchdown Club box. It has cushioned leather chairs, private bathrooms, and get this.......free food the whole game. I'm not just talking hotdogs and chips. There is prime rib, nachos, etc. and we don't pay ANYTHING!!!! I tried to pay our friends for the tickets but they wouldn't take a penny for them. So I told them we would treat them to supper one night.
I know.....I probably owe them supper every night for a YEAR to make up the cost of these tickets!!! I can't thank them enough and we are taking the kids (its a surprise to them!) and a couple of our friends who are big Vikings fans. I will post pictures!
I also will post pictures of Jessie's bridal shower soon for all of you!

I've been to a game or two in Philly - only to see the Cowboys play. Oh, and I saw the Balti Ravens.
I am not a good spectator - I watch everything but the game. But the experience of being in the stadium is AWESOME!
